sec.302 Incomplete processes for commercial activity agreements
This section applies in relation to either of the following processes started, but not completed, before the commencement— an expression of interest process for entering into a commercial activity agreement under repealed chapter 4B, part 2; an application process for entering into a commercial activity agreement under repealed chapter 4B, part 3. Anything done under a repealed provision in relation to the process is taken to have been done under the corresponding provision for the repealed provision. (sec.302-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to either of the following processes started, but not completed, before the commencement— an expression of interest process for entering into a commercial activity agreement under repealed chapter 4B, part 2; an application process for entering into a commercial activity agreement under repealed chapter 4B, part 3. (sec.302-ssec.2) Anything done under a repealed provision in relation to the process is taken to have been done under the corresponding provision for the repealed provision.
