sec.297 Existing signs or markings for traffic control
This section applies to a sign erected or marking placed by the chief executive under repealed section 119 (1) that was not removed by the chief executive before the commencement. The sign is taken to be displayed, and the marking is taken to be placed, under section 245 (1) .
