sec.295 Declarations in force
This section applies to each of the following declarations in force immediately before the commencement— a declaration under repealed section 78 that a protected area or part of a protected area is a restricted access area; a declaration under repealed section 84 that a commercial activity is a prescribed commercial activity for a protected area or part of a protected area; a declaration under repealed section 85 that an activity is a special activity for a protected area or part of a protected area; a declaration under repealed section 88 that a protected area or part of a protected area is closed to the public for a period. Each protected area or part is taken to be declared, under the corresponding provision for the repealed provision mentioned in subsection (1), in the same terms and for the same period as each declaration made before the commencement. (sec.295-ssec.1) This section applies to each of the following declarations in force immediately before the commencement— a declaration under repealed section 78 that a protected area or part of a protected area is a restricted access area; a declaration under repealed section 84 that a commercial activity is a prescribed commercial activity for a protected area or part of a protected area; a declaration under repealed section 85 that an activity is a special activity for a protected area or part of a protected area; a declaration under repealed section 88 that a protected area or part of a protected area is closed to the public for a period. (sec.295-ssec.2) Each protected area or part is taken to be declared, under the corresponding provision for the repealed provision mentioned in subsection (1), in the same terms and for the same period as each declaration made before the commencement.
- (a) a declaration under repealed section 78 that a protected area or part of a protected area is a restricted access area;
- (b) a declaration under repealed section 84 that a commercial activity is a prescribed commercial activity for a protected area or part of a protected area;
- (c) a declaration under repealed section 85 that an activity is a special activity for a protected area or part of a protected area;
- (d) a declaration under repealed section 88 that a protected area or part of a protected area is closed to the public for a period.
