sec.288 Effect of grant of exemption
This section applies if the chief executive has granted an exemption to which a fee exemption application relates. No fee is payable by the applicant for the matter to which the exemption relates. However, if the chief executive has imposed conditions on the exemption, subsection (2) applies only if the applicant complies with the conditions. (sec.288-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive has granted an exemption to which a fee exemption application relates. (sec.288-ssec.2) No fee is payable by the applicant for the matter to which the exemption relates. (sec.288-ssec.3) However, if the chief executive has imposed conditions on the exemption, subsection (2) applies only if the applicant complies with the conditions.
