Subject to another provision of this chapter, the fees payable under the Act are stated in schedule 8 . A reference to a species of plant in schedule 9 is a reference to only the plants within the species that are least concern plants. See also section 10 in relation to references to the classes and scientific names of plants. Subsection (4) applies for interpreting the fee payable for a category of least concern plant mentioned in schedule 8 . A reference to a category of least concern plant is a reference to the least concern plant having that category as stated in schedule 9 . (sec.276-ssec.1) Subject to another provision of this chapter, the fees payable under the Act are stated in schedule 8 .
