sec.272 Tampering with structures and other things
A person must not tamper with a building, fence, gate or other structure or a notice or sign in a protected area unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—120 penalty units. This section does not apply in relation to a special wildlife reserve or nature refuge. In this section— tamper with includes deface, damage, destroy, mark and remove.
