sec.203 Compliance with conditions of authority
The holder of a protected area authority must comply with each condition of the authority that applies to the holder, unless the holder has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—165 penalty units. A relevant person for the holder of a protected area authority must, unless the person has a reasonable excuse, comply with— each condition of the authority that applies to the person; and each condition of the authority that applies to the holder to the extent the person is acting for, or under the direction of, the holder in relation to the condition. Maximum penalty—165 penalty units. For subsection (1) , the holder is taken to comply with a condition of the authority if a relevant person for the holder complies with the condition for the holder. This section does not apply to a camping permit. See section 221 about complying with conditions of camping permits.
