sec.195 Application to transfer authorisation
The other party to a commercial activity agreement (the seller ) may transfer all or part of the authorisation under the agreement to another person (the buyer ). The seller and the buyer must apply to the chief executive to— approve the transfer; and if the chief executive approves the transfer—give effect to the transfer under this part. (sec.195-ssec.1) The other party to a commercial activity agreement (the seller ) may transfer all or part of the authorisation under the agreement to another person (the buyer ). (sec.195-ssec.2) The seller and the buyer must apply to the chief executive to— approve the transfer; and if the chief executive approves the transfer—give effect to the transfer under this part.
- (a) approve the transfer; and
- (b) if the chief executive approves the transfer—give effect to the transfer under this part.
