sec.184 Authorisation under agreement
A commercial activity agreement authorises the party to the agreement other than the chief executive (the other party to the agreement) to conduct, subject to the conditions stated, the commercial activity in the protected area, or part of the protected area, stated in the agreement. The authorisation under a commercial activity agreement may be transferred under part 6 .
