sec.177 Matters to be considered for application
In considering the application, the chief executive must have regard to— the matters the chief executive must have regard to for considering an application for a commercial activity permit; and any other matter the chief executive considers relevant. For the matters the chief executive must have regard to for considering an application for a commercial activity permit, see chapter 4 , part 4 , division 2 and chapter 5 .
- (a) the matters the chief executive must have regard to for considering an application for a commercial activity permit; and
- (b) any other matter the chief executive considers relevant.
