sec.176 Applying for agreement
A person may apply to the chief executive for a commercial activity agreement for conducting a commercial activity in a protected area or part of a protected area. The application must be— in writing; and accompanied by the fee stated in schedule 8 for the application. (sec.176-ssec.1) A person may apply to the chief executive for a commercial activity agreement for conducting a commercial activity in a protected area or part of a protected area. (sec.176-ssec.2) The application must be— in writing; and accompanied by the fee stated in schedule 8 for the application.
- (a) in writing; and
- (b) accompanied by the fee stated in schedule 8 for the application.
