sec.170 Requirements for expression of interest
An expression of interest for a commercial activity agreement must be— in writing; and accompanied by the fee stated in schedule 8 for submitting the expression of interest; and submitted in the way, and by the day and time, stated in the invitation under section 169 .
- (a) in writing; and
- (b) accompanied by the fee stated in schedule 8 for submitting the expression of interest; and
- (c) submitted in the way, and by the day and time, stated in the invitation under section 169 .
