sec.17 Application of fees charged by trustees
This section applies to— a conservation park placed under the management of the trustee of the park under section 15 ; and a resources reserve placed under the management of the trustee of the reserve under section 16 . If a trustee of the park or reserve charges a fee in relation to managing the park or reserve, the trustee must use the fee for giving effect to the management principles for the park or reserve. (sec.17-ssec.1) This section applies to— a conservation park placed under the management of the trustee of the park under section 15 ; and a resources reserve placed under the management of the trustee of the reserve under section 16 . (sec.17-ssec.2) If a trustee of the park or reserve charges a fee in relation to managing the park or reserve, the trustee must use the fee for giving effect to the management principles for the park or reserve.
- (a) a conservation park placed under the management of the trustee of the park under section 15 ; and
- (b) a resources reserve placed under the management of the trustee of the reserve under section 16 .
