sec.161A Authorised persons assisting applicants with using departmental system
An application made using the departmental system is not invalid merely because— any information or documents required for the application are entered into the system by an authorised person with the consent of the applicant; or an authorised person completes the application on the system with the consent of the applicant. s 161A ins 2025 SL No. 125 s 60
- (a) any information or documents required for the application are entered into the system by an authorised person with the consent of the applicant; or
- (b) an authorised person completes the application on the system with the consent of the applicant.
