sec.156 Chief executive’s power to require further information

Before deciding an application to renew a commercial activity permit, the chief executive may, by notice, ask the holder of the existing permit to give the chief executive any further information the chief executive reasonably requires to decide the application. The holder is taken to have withdrawn the renewal request if the request is not complied with within 40 business days after the holder is given the notice.
