sec.146 Transfer of apiary permits
The holder of an apiary permit and a proposed transferee may apply to the chief executive to transfer the permit to the transferee. The application must— be in the approved form; and be accompanied by the fee payable under chapter 8 for the transfer. The chief executive may approve the transfer of the apiary permit to the transferee if the term and conditions of the permit remain the same when transferring the permit. Part 1 and part 2 , divisions 3 and 4 apply in relation to the application as if a reference in the parts to an applicant applying for an apiary permit were a reference to the proposed transferee applying for the transfer of the apiary permit. (sec.146-ssec.1) The holder of an apiary permit and a proposed transferee may apply to the chief executive to transfer the permit to the transferee. (sec.146-ssec.2) The application must— be in the approved form; and be accompanied by the fee payable under chapter 8 for the transfer. (sec.146-ssec.3) The chief executive may approve the transfer of the apiary permit to the transferee if the term and conditions of the permit remain the same when transferring the permit. (sec.146-ssec.4) Part 1 and part 2 , divisions 3 and 4 apply in relation to the application as if a reference in the parts to an applicant applying for an apiary permit were a reference to the proposed transferee applying for the transfer of the apiary permit.
