sec.140 Effect of amendment or suspension
An amendment or suspension of a protected area authority under section 138 — takes effect immediately after the holder is advised of the amendment or suspension, regardless of whether the amendment is noted on the authority; and continues to have effect until the chief executive decides the reason for the amendment or suspension no longer exists. The chief executive must, as soon as practicable after the amendment or suspension ends, advise the holder of the protected area authority that the amendment or suspension no longer applies. (sec.140-ssec.1) An amendment or suspension of a protected area authority under section 138 — takes effect immediately after the holder is advised of the amendment or suspension, regardless of whether the amendment is noted on the authority; and continues to have effect until the chief executive decides the reason for the amendment or suspension no longer exists. (sec.140-ssec.2) The chief executive must, as soon as practicable after the amendment or suspension ends, advise the holder of the protected area authority that the amendment or suspension no longer applies.
