sec.14 Application to particular activities in resources reserve
This regulation does not apply to the following activities on land in a resources reserve— an activity conducted under a mineral authority or petroleum authority on land covered by the authority; an activity that is camping or fossicking under the Fossicking Act 1994 . In this section— mineral authority means an exploration permit, mineral development licence, mining claim, mining lease or prospecting permit under the Mineral Resources Act 1989 . petroleum authority means the following— an authority to prospect or a lease under the Petroleum Act 1923 ; an authority to prospect, data acquisition authority, petroleum lease, pipeline licence, survey licence or water monitoring authority under the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004 . (sec.14-ssec.1) This regulation does not apply to the following activities on land in a resources reserve— an activity conducted under a mineral authority or petroleum authority on land covered by the authority; an activity that is camping or fossicking under the Fossicking Act 1994 . (sec.14-ssec.2) In this section— mineral authority means an exploration permit, mineral development licence, mining claim, mining lease or prospecting permit under the Mineral Resources Act 1989 . petroleum authority means the following— an authority to prospect or a lease under the Petroleum Act 1923 ; an authority to prospect, data acquisition authority, petroleum lease, pipeline licence, survey licence or water monitoring authority under the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004 .
- (a) an activity conducted under a mineral authority or petroleum authority on land covered by the authority;
- (b) an activity that is camping or fossicking under the Fossicking Act 1994 .

- (b) an authority to prospect, data acquisition authority, petroleum lease, pipeline licence, survey licence or water monitoring authority under the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004 .
