sec.139 Advising of amendment or suspension
The chief executive must advise the holder of a protected area authority amended or suspended under section 138 that, until the chief executive otherwise decides— the authority is amended in the way the chief executive advises; or the authority is suspended to the extent the chief executive advises. The chief executive may advise the holder verbally, if practicable.
