sec.129 Application for amendment
The holder of a protected area authority may apply to the chief executive for an amendment of the authority. The application must— be accompanied by the fee payable under chapter 8 for the amendment; and be in the approved form. s 129 amd 2025 SL No. 125 s 57 (sec.129-ssec.1) The holder of a protected area authority may apply to the chief executive for an amendment of the authority.
