sec.118 Amending application
An applicant for an application for a protected area authority may amend the application if— the chief executive has not finished considering whether to grant the application; and the chief executive agrees to the amendment of the application.
- (a) the chief executive has not finished considering whether to grant the application; and
- (b) the chief executive agrees to the amendment of the application.
