sec.83 Compliance with sustainable harvest plan
The holder of a protected plant harvesting licence, or a relevant person for the holder, must comply with the approved sustainable harvest plan for the licence while carrying out an activity under the licence to which the plan applies. s 83 amd 2022 SL No. 166 s 35
