sec.76 Taking plant to sell or give away
The holder of a protected plant growing licence, or a relevant person for the holder, must not take an authorised plant for the purpose of— selling the plant; or giving away the plant if the plant is to be used for trade.
- (a) selling the plant; or
- (b) giving away the plant if the plant is to be used for trade.
