sec.71 Taking restricted plants
The holder of a protected plant growing licence, or a relevant person for the holder, may carry out the following activities— take a part of an authorised plant for propagating the part under controlled conditions; take an authorised plant for cultivating the plant under controlled conditions. See also sections 27 to 30 about particular exemptions relating to restricted plants.
- (a) take a part of an authorised plant for propagating the part under controlled conditions;
- (b) take an authorised plant for cultivating the plant under controlled conditions.
