sec.68 Grant of licence
Subject to sections 69 and 70 and chapter 5 , part 2 , the chief executive may grant a protected plant growing licence for— cultivating a restricted plant; or propagating a part of a restricted plant.
- (a) cultivating a restricted plant; or
- (b) propagating a part of a restricted plant.
