sec.65 Buying, accepting and receiving plants
The holder of a plant authority, or a relevant person for the holder, must not buy, accept or receive an authorised plant from a person who is not authorised to sell or give away the plant under— the Act ; or a law of another State or the Commonwealth.
- (a) the Act ; or
- (b) a law of another State or the Commonwealth.
