sec.63 Plant authority must be available for inspection
The holder of a plant authority must, while carrying out an activity under the authority, have the authority, or a copy of the authority, available for inspection. The holder of a plant authority must ensure a relevant person carrying out an activity under the authority has a copy of the authority endorsed by the holder with the relevant person’s name and residential address available for inspection. (sec.63-ssec.1) The holder of a plant authority must, while carrying out an activity under the authority, have the authority, or a copy of the authority, available for inspection. (sec.63-ssec.2) The holder of a plant authority must ensure a relevant person carrying out an activity under the authority has a copy of the authority endorsed by the holder with the relevant person’s name and residential address available for inspection.
