sec.61 Plants must be lawfully obtained

Nothing in this chapter authorises the holder of a plant authority, or a relevant person for the holder, to keep or use a plant that was not lawfully obtained by the holder or relevant person. See sections 89 (4) and 90A of the Act for offences in relation to plants not lawfully taken. Part 5 , divisions 4 to 6 of the Act also contains other restrictions about keeping or using wildlife.
