sec.34 Queensland Herbarium employees
An exemption applies to an employee of the Queensland Herbarium who takes and uses, other than for trade, a protected plant for the purposes for which the Queensland Herbarium was established. However, subsection (1) applies only if the plant is taken by the employee primarily for using the plant.
