sec.226 References to repealed regulations
In a document, if the context permits— a reference to a repealed regulation may be taken to be a reference to this regulation; and a reference to a repealed provision may be taken to be a reference to the corresponding provision for the repealed provision.
- (a) a reference to a repealed regulation may be taken to be a reference to this regulation; and
- (b) a reference to a repealed provision may be taken to be a reference to the corresponding provision for the repealed provision.
