sec.222 Continuation of existing flora survey reports
This section applies if, before the commencement— a flora survey report under the repealed management regulation, section 250(2) was prepared (the existing report ); and the existing report complied with section 257 of that regulation. On the commencement, the existing report is taken to be a flora survey report under section 140(2). (sec.222-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement— a flora survey report under the repealed management regulation, section 250(2) was prepared (the existing report ); and the existing report complied with section 257 of that regulation. (sec.222-ssec.2) On the commencement, the existing report is taken to be a flora survey report under section 140(2).
- (a) a flora survey report under the repealed management regulation, section 250(2) was prepared (the existing report ); and
- (b) the existing report complied with section 257 of that regulation.
