sec.220 Existing agreements by chief executive for alternative survey methodology
This section applies if— before the commencement, the chief executive agreed under the repealed management regulation, section 257(2) to an alternative survey methodology for carrying out a flora survey, or preparing a flora survey report, under that regulation; and immediately before the commencement, the agreement was in effect. On the commencement, the agreement is taken to be an agreement under section 143 for an alternative survey methodology for carrying out a flora survey, or preparing a flora survey report, under this regulation. (sec.220-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, the chief executive agreed under the repealed management regulation, section 257(2) to an alternative survey methodology for carrying out a flora survey, or preparing a flora survey report, under that regulation; and immediately before the commencement, the agreement was in effect. (sec.220-ssec.2) On the commencement, the agreement is taken to be an agreement under section 143 for an alternative survey methodology for carrying out a flora survey, or preparing a flora survey report, under this regulation.
- (a) before the commencement, the chief executive agreed under the repealed management regulation, section 257(2) to an alternative survey methodology for carrying out a flora survey, or preparing a flora survey report, under that regulation; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement, the agreement was in effect.
