sec.215 Particular existing records
A record made or kept, before the commencement, in relation to a plant or an existing wildlife authority, under a repealed provision is taken to be made or kept— under the corresponding provision for the repealed provision; or if there is a provision of the plant exemptions code that provides for the same, or substantially the same, matter as the repealed provision—under the provision of the plant exemptions code.
- (a) under the corresponding provision for the repealed provision; or
- (b) if there is a provision of the plant exemptions code that provides for the same, or substantially the same, matter as the repealed provision—under the provision of the plant exemptions code.
