sec.212 Existing fee exemptions continued

This section applies if— before the commencement, the chief executive granted an exemption under the repealed administration regulation, section 166; and immediately before the commencement, the exemption was in effect. The exemption continues in effect as if it were granted under section 182. The exemption is subject to the same conditions, if any, imposed by the chief executive under the repealed administration regulation, section 166. (sec.212-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, the chief executive granted an exemption under the repealed administration regulation, section 166; and immediately before the commencement, the exemption was in effect. (sec.212-ssec.2) The exemption continues in effect as if it were granted under section 182. (sec.212-ssec.3) The exemption is subject to the same conditions, if any, imposed by the chief executive under the repealed administration regulation, section 166.

• (a) before the commencement, the chief executive granted an exemption under the repealed administration regulation, section 166; and
• (b) immediately before the commencement, the exemption was in effect.
