sec.184 Effect of grant of fee exemption

If the chief executive grants a fee exemption, no fee is payable by the relevant applicant for the plant authority to which the exemption relates. However, if the chief executive imposes a condition on the exemption under section 182 (1) (a) , subsection (1) applies only if the relevant applicant complies with the condition. (sec.184-ssec.1) If the chief executive grants a fee exemption, no fee is payable by the relevant applicant for the plant authority to which the exemption relates. (sec.184-ssec.2) However, if the chief executive imposes a condition on the exemption under section 182 (1) (a) , subsection (1) applies only if the relevant applicant complies with the condition.
