sec.171 Recall of tags supplied by chief executive
The chief executive may give a person a notice directing the person to return a tag supplied under section 165 to the chief executive. The notice must state— the place where the tag must be returned; and the date and time by which the tag must be returned. The person must comply with the notice unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty for subsection (3) —50 penalty units.
