sec.168 Using tags generally
A person must not attach a tag supplied under section 165 to a protected plant of a species other than the species for which the tag is supplied unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—165 penalty units. A person must not attach a tag to a protected plant if the tag has previously been attached to another plant. Maximum penalty—165 penalty units.
