sec.166 Nature of tags supplied by chief executive

A tag supplied under section 165 is the property of the State. The tag must not be transferred unless the chief executive has given written approval for the transfer. However, subsection (2) is subject to a provision of a conservation plan that provides that a tag supplied for a plant to which the conservation plan applies must not be transferred in any circumstances. (sec.166-ssec.1) A tag supplied under section 165 is the property of the State.
