sec.15 Endangered wildlife
For section 78A of the Act , a plant mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 , division 4 , subdivision 1 is prescribed as endangered wildlife. The declared management intent applicable to a plant mentioned in subsection (1) is to manage the plant having regard to the matters mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 , division 4 , subdivision 2 . (sec.15-ssec.1) For section 78A of the Act , a plant mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 , division 4 , subdivision 1 is prescribed as endangered wildlife. (sec.15-ssec.2) The declared management intent applicable to a plant mentioned in subsection (1) is to manage the plant having regard to the matters mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 , division 4 , subdivision 2 .
