sec.117 Applications for amendment
The holder of a plant authority may apply to the chief executive for an amendment of the authority. The application must be— in the approved form; and accompanied by the prescribed fee for the application. s 117 amd 2025 SL No. 125 s 43 (sec.117-ssec.1) The holder of a plant authority may apply to the chief executive for an amendment of the authority.
