sec.113 Plant authority may be limited to whole plants or parts of plants
A plant authority may state it applies to— a whole protected plant of a species stated on the authority; or a part of a protected plant of a species stated on the authority.
- (a) a whole protected plant of a species stated on the authority; or
- (b) a part of a protected plant of a species stated on the authority.
