sch.1-sec.4 Principles relating to proposed taking, keeping and use
A plant that is extinct wildlife may be taken from the wild, kept or used under the Act only if the taking, keeping or use— is for putting into effect a recovery plan for the plant; and is not likely to reduce the ability of the plant’s population to expand.
- (a) is for putting into effect a recovery plan for the plant; and
- (b) is not likely to reduce the ability of the plant’s population to expand.
