Tasmania regulation
This Order makes a short, administrative amendment to the Nature Conservation (Open Seasons) Order 2004, coming into force when notified in the Gazette (clause 2). It incorporates the change into the authorised version (clause 4) but that particular amendment lapses on 31 December 2008 and the Principal Order then reverts (clause 5). The measure affects persons and businesses subject to the Principal Order and is administered by the Department of Primary Industries and Water.
