sec.96 Approvals under former section 62
This section applies if— the chief executive gave a person an approval under former section 62; and the approval was in effect immediately before the commencement. The approval is taken to be an approval under the Nature Conservation (Animals) Regulation 2020 , section 341. The person stated in the approval is taken to be an approved person for the Nature Conservation (Animals) Regulation 2020 . In this section— former section 62 means section 62 as in force from time to time before the commencement. s 96 ins 2020 SL No. 136 s 440 (sec.96-ssec.1) This section applies if— the chief executive gave a person an approval under former section 62; and the approval was in effect immediately before the commencement. (sec.96-ssec.2) The approval is taken to be an approval under the Nature Conservation (Animals) Regulation 2020 , section 341. (sec.96-ssec.3) The person stated in the approval is taken to be an approved person for the Nature Conservation (Animals) Regulation 2020 . (sec.96-ssec.4) In this section— former section 62 means section 62 as in force from time to time before the commencement.

- (b) the approval was in effect immediately before the commencement.
