sec.79A Tags must be kept securely
The holder must ensure the tag is kept— in the holder’s physical possession; or at the licensed premises for the animal authority, or in the holder’s vehicle, in a way that prevents a person other than the holder from accessing the tag. Maximum penalty—165 penalty units. s 79A ins 2025 SL No. 42 s 42
