sec.63 Where records or copies must be kept

This section states, for the Nature Conservation (Animals) Regulation 2020 , section 344 (2) (a) (i) , where a record for a macropod harvesting licence must be kept. Any part of the record for a macropod harvesting licence kept in an approved electronic record system, or a copy of the part, must be kept— when the holder of the licence is carrying out activities under the licence—in a secure way in the holder’s possession; or otherwise—at the licensed premises for the licence. Any part of the record for a macropod harvesting licence kept in the record and return book supplied by the chief executive for the licence, or a copy of the part, must be kept— if the holder of the licence or a relevant person for the holder keeps the record— when the holder of the licence is carrying out activities under the licence—in a secure way in the holder’s possession; or otherwise—at the licensed premises for the licence; or if an approved person, the subject of an approval mentioned in the Nature Conservation (Animals) Regulation 2020 , section 341 (2) , keeps the record—at a place stated in the approval for this paragraph. s 63 amd 2020 SL No. 136 s 442 sch 8 (sec.63-ssec.1) This section states, for the Nature Conservation (Animals) Regulation 2020 , section 344 (2) (a) (i) , where a record for a macropod harvesting licence must be kept. (sec.63-ssec.3) Any part of the record for a macropod harvesting licence kept in the record and return book supplied by the chief executive for the licence, or a copy of the part, must be kept— if the holder of the licence or a relevant person for the holder keeps the record— when the holder of the licence is carrying out activities under the licence—in a secure way in the holder’s possession; or otherwise—at the licensed premises for the licence; or if an approved person, the subject of an approval mentioned in the Nature Conservation (Animals) Regulation 2020 , section 341 (2) , keeps the record—at a place stated in the approval for this paragraph.
