sec.45 Moving macropods to authorised buyers
The holder of a macropod harvesting licence may, without a wildlife movement permit, move a macropod taken under the licence from the place where the macropod was taken, or the authorised premises for the macropod, to an authorised buyer for the macropod. However, if the holder engages a commercial carrier to move the macropod to the authorised buyer, the holder must fill in a movement advice for the movement of the macropod— from the place where the commercial carrier assumes possession of the macropod; and to the authorised buyer.
