sec.23 Prohibition on tagging macropods taken in another State
The holder, or a relevant person for the holder, of a dealer licence for dead macropods must not attach a Queensland macropod tag to a macropod that was taken in another State. Maximum penalty—120 penalty units. s 23 amd 2020 SL No. 136 s 442 sch 8
