sec.18 Processing dead macropods
The holder, or a relevant person for the holder, of a dealer licence for dead macropods may process macropod meat but not macropod skins under the licence if the licence is a macropod meat processing licence. The holder, or a relevant person for the holder, of a dealer licence for dead macropods may process macropod skins but not macropod meat under the licence if the licence is a macropod tanning licence. A dealer licence for dead macropods does not authorise the holder, or a relevant person for the holder, to process macropods other than as stated in this section.
