sec.10 Purpose of part
This part prescribes particular matters for particular animal authorities for macropods. Generally, this part— imposes restrictions on the grant of the authorities that apply in addition to the restrictions stated in the Nature Conservation (Animals) Regulation 2020 ; and limits and extends activities authorised under the authorities under the Nature Conservation (Animals) Regulation 2020 ; and otherwise regulates activities under the authorities. s 10 sub 2020 SL No. 136 s 442 sch 8 (sec.10-ssec.1) This part prescribes particular matters for particular animal authorities for macropods.
